Hey, friends! Happy Monday! I was really looking forward to the fresh start of this new week, so I am thrilled it’s here! We had a pretty lounge-y weekend at home for the most part. 

On Friday, we made the famous Spaghetti-Fredo recipe from TikTok. It was really good! I tried to skimp on the marinara sauce, and I would not recommend that! The recipe calls for one and a half jars, but I only used a half of an already opened one because I didn’t want to open another one. But it definitely needed more sauce because it was quite alfredo-heavy.

On Saturday morning, we made our favorite egg sandwiches on gluten-free bagels. (Recipe coming soon!) Then I went to a family baby shower to celebrate my sweet cousin and her baby. It was such a treat to catch up with family and celebrate together. Other than that, most of Saturday and Sunday was spent watching Hallmark movies, doing sudoku puzzles, snuggling our pup, and watching the Vikings lose. Pretty standard January-In-Minnesota activities, if you ask me 😉

Sweetest Valentine’s Pajamas

I purchased my first pair of Lake pajamas this past fall during their big annual sale (got them for 50% off! Woo!), and they are now officially the only pajamas I will ever buy. They are so soft and cozy and stretchy. The fabric is thick, as in high-quality, but not too thick that they’re too warm. To say I am obsessed would be an understatement! 

PS Because the fabric is so luxurious, I line dry these jams instead of putting them in the dryer. They maintain their size, shape, and quality much better that way! Highly recommend!
